Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate interviews and workshops, align stakeholders, surface risks, and convert ambiguity into clear decisions.
  • •Clarify problem, scope, value measures, success criteria, options, and recommended path.
  • •Map current and future states and assess impacts across people, process, data, technology, and controls.
  • •Elicit, prioritize, validate, document, and trace requirements using fit-for-purpose models, stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Partner across business and technology to support solution assessment, testing/UAT, implementation, training, and benefits realization (including responsible AI-enabled solution requirements).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 83,334 - 120,615 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, information systems, design, social sciences, or related field (or equivalent education and relevant experience).
  • •Knowledge of business analysis planning, elicitation, stakeholder engagement, requirements lifecycle management, strategy/process analysis, solution evaluation, and change support.
  • •Strong ability to work in ambiguous environments: learn quickly, establish trust, remain objective, and focus on client outcomes.
  • •Strong written, verbal, visual, facilitation, presentation, negotiation, and active-listening skills; translate between business and technical audiences.
  • •Experience tailoring business analysis for predictive/waterfall, agile/iterative, and hybrid delivery, including requirements/backlog management and collaboration with technical specialists.
