Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the key day-to-day client interface and deliver value-added cost management across a data center portfolio.
  • •Estimate and negotiate change orders across the construction lifecycle, including producing and presenting final cost plans.
  • •Review and collaborate with design teams and general contractors on cost estimates; reconcile and validate contractor data accuracy.
  • •Manage cost checks, valuations, reporting, cost control, contingency management, and commitment tracking across large-scale projects.
  • •Lead value engineering (VE) sessions, manage post-contract cost variances/change control processes, and support final account negotiations and closeout while mentoring junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •6-7 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or commercial management within large-scale construction.
  • •Experience managing costs across complex, multi-phase construction programs with strong cost control, change management, and contract administration.
  • •Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with ability to lead meetings and influence stakeholders.
  • •Proficiency in cost management systems and the Microsoft Office Suite; professional certifications (MRICS, PMP, CCP, or similar) are a plus.
