Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Mutiny’s managed account book, including onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion across all managed accounts.
  • •Lead the technical solutions function that supports Mutiny’s most complex customers and set the standard for excellent support.
  • •Create and maintain scalable playbooks by turning what works across individual accounts into reusable processes.
  • •Run executive business reviews with CMOs and VPs to drive renewals and expansion well before renewal dates.
  • •Hire, coach, and develop AI strategists, scaling the team by turning your account performance into team capability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Build repeatable playbooks and process by spotting patterns across customer outcomes, even without perfect clarity upfront.
  • •Be fluent in AI and excited about how AI changes go-to-market, translating product capability into business outcomes leaders will fund.
  • •Develop earned executive trust by building relationships with CMOs and VPs and running business reviews with grace.
  • •Bring a technical solutions instinct from working closely with or leading a technical support function, and know how to scale excellent product support into customer success.
  • •Be ready to lead: demonstrate a renewal mindset with expansion bias and show experience managing or acting as an informal leader.
