Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical expertise and guidance to IT teams on technology platforms and deliver designs for IT projects, assisting in planning and implementing systems and platforms.
  • •Develop robust technology solutions that meet customer requirements and align with ISA architectural standards in terms of availability, capacity, continuity, security, performance and reliability.
  • •Continuously monitor performance of technology platforms and incidents, tuning solutions to achieve best possible performance.
  • •Prioritize incidents, investigate causes, resolve issues and provide workarounds to minimize business impact.
  • •Assist with service continuity planning and implement resulting plans, translating designs into physical system configurations and documentation.
