Key Responsibilities

  • •Autonomously lead and establish station operations, collaborating with headquarters to manage day-to-day activities on-site.
  • •Own and improve the Service Quality Score (SQS), monitoring Fleet Care Quality and Customer Care Quality to stay above target.
  • •Analyze performance data and trends to identify gaps and implement strategies that improve results.
  • •Motivate and guide the on-site team, including onboarding, task planning, quality control, and workforce planning with core and flex teams.
  • •Oversee the local vehicle fleet for rentals, including documentation, maintenance coordination, cleanliness, and meeting station standards for vehicles leaving the lot.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar is strongly desired.
  • •At least 3+ years of relevant experience in a managerial role (car rental, tourism, or hospitality preferred).
  • •Intermediate to advanced knowledge of OSHA, Microsoft Office, and wage & hour labor laws.
  • •A data-driven mindset with comfort reading KPIs, spotting trends, and making decisions based on numbers.
  • •Must be authorized to work in the United States; 21+ with a valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record (OSHA certifications within 90 days).
