Provide strategic and technical leadership to customers on digital marketing effectiveness and online sales. Define digital vision and channel strategy, align solution architecture to digital marketing roadmaps, and design AI-era customer journeys. Lead complex multi-team engagements representing Adobe Consulting, directing Experience Platform and Experience Cloud implementations while ensuring successful delivery, executive alignment, and continuous optimization driven by data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive customers’ digital marketing strategies using industry best practices and help them exploit digital technologies to create new value.
•Align solution architecture and phased roadmaps to executable use cases and customer priorities, including designing transformed customer journeys in the AI era.
•Lead large, complex customer engagements as the primary enterprise architect across multi-team Adobe, client, and partner efforts.
•Direct solution strategy and lead implementation for Adobe Experience Platform and Experience Cloud, supporting account teams and presales to realize optimal value.
•Oversee delivery processes, manage scope and change requests, maintain executive relationships, and capture lessons learned to feed back into the consulting practice.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of relevant experience, such as Enterprise Architect or consulting delivering enterprise-scale web applications or analytics implementations.
•Deep digital marketing product/tool implementation expertise (Adobe or competing solutions) with strong interest in digital marketing strategy.
•Experience designing and/or implementing solutions including web content management, rich internet applications, web/social analytics, marketing automation, ad targeting, content personalization, CDP, and campaign management systems.
•Detailed knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices including personalization, cross-channel marketing, mobile, and data-driven optimization with AI transformation.
•Familiarity with HTML/HTML5, CSS, XML, Java, WCM, web analytics, big data, RDBMS, web services, message brokers, and Kafka (or similar technology).
