Key Responsibilities

  • •Source, track, and maintain a high volume of candidates while keeping stakeholders updated.
  • •Get into the business and onto the floor to understand the product, technical roadmap, and manufacturing reality to pitch opportunities credibly.
  • •Translate missing roles into throughput and revenue impact to drive urgency and prioritization with hiring managers.
  • •Develop and execute scalable recruiting strategies, including referrals, process improvements, and automation where it moves the needle.
  • •Track and analyze pipeline and performance data to find opportunities and build momentum through a data-driven narrative.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of sourcing for technical roles and engaging top-tier talent.
  • •3+ years of client-facing experience working with hiring managers and directors, including taking requirements and reporting pipeline progress.
  • •Deep network and fluency in manufacturing engineering, production, and/or supply chain (e.g., takt times, throughput, yield) with experience recruiting related roles.
  • •Operationally minded ability to identify problems early and bring solutions while earning respect from manufacturing and supply chain leaders.
  • •Experience hiring candidates with U.S. security clearances and working with government contractors, DoD agencies, and IC agencies.
