Job Summary

Own full-cycle recruiting for Air Dominance and Strike production talent, partnering with operations and program leaders to define hiring needs and deliverables. Source and manage a high-volume pipeline, translate hiring gaps into throughput and revenue impact, and build trust through a consistent operating rhythm. Pitch and close exceptional candidates, run interviews with judgment, and use data to track performance and improve scalable recruiting processes, including automation and referrals.

Key Responsibilities

•Source, track, and maintain a high volume of candidates while keeping stakeholders updated.
•Get into the business and onto the floor to understand the product, technical roadmap, and manufacturing reality to pitch opportunities credibly.
•Translate missing roles into throughput and revenue impact to drive urgency and prioritization with hiring managers.
•Develop and execute scalable recruiting strategies, including referrals, process improvements, and automation where it moves the needle.
•Track and analyze pipeline and performance data to find opportunities and build momentum through a data-driven narrative.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70 - 80

Key Requirements

•4+ years of sourcing for technical roles and engaging top-tier talent.
•3+ years of client-facing experience working with hiring managers and directors, including taking requirements and reporting pipeline progress.
•Deep network and fluency in manufacturing engineering, production, and/or supply chain (e.g., takt times, throughput, yield) with experience recruiting related roles.
•Operationally minded ability to identify problems early and bring solutions while earning respect from manufacturing and supply chain leaders.
•Experience hiring candidates with U.S. security clearances and working with government contractors, DoD agencies, and IC agencies.
