Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics, including conversion, DPT, UPT, and client data capture.
  • •Lead by example, delegate tasks clearly, and develop short- and long-term strategies for store performance.
  • •Coach and develop team members through training content, roleplay, feedback, and use of company tools to build a 360-degree coaching culture.
  • •Manage operations and compliance including store scheduling, timecards, payroll, inventory planning, and monitoring shipments, transfers, and price changes.
  • •Ensure an excellent client experience by following visual guidelines, using client books and thank-you cards, and executing event strategies while de-escalating situations.
