•Lead architectural strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization of Adobe CDP within Adobe Experience Platform.
•Define and evolve data governance, identity resolution, and audience segmentation strategies in support of Growth Marketing efforts.
•Drive innovation and roadmap development for AI-ready capabilities across the platform.
•Coordinate cross-functional support across other engineers and technical resources using AEP and AEM products; Foster cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, analytics, IT, and external partners.
•Oversee integration of Adobe CDP with Salesforce, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and external data sources; design and implement data ingestion pipelines; ensure seamless activation of audiences across paid media, owned channels, and CRM.

•Deep understanding of Real-Time Customer Profile, Data Distiller, Segment Builder, Identity Graph, and Activation workflows.
•Strong experience with Salesforce integration and third-party data platforms (Demandbase, ZoomInfo).
•Proficiency in data modeling (SQL, JSON), XDM schema, and cloud architectures (Adobe Experience Cloud, AWS, Azure).
