Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and update onboarding materials for vendors.
  • •Provide face-to-face and call training to vendors on how to sell on foodpanda as needed.
  • •Own performance tracking by producing reports/dashboards in Salesforce and managing JIRA ticket reporting for device/issue cases.
  • •Update device delivery/collection status and resolve vendor disputes quickly and efficiently.
  • •Coordinate device replacement documentation and provide monthly reports on damage and used devices.
