Blast & Paint Operator – Submarine Sustainment Program

Operate and support abrasive blasting, surface preparation, and industrial spray painting for a defence program supporting the Royal Australian Navy. This permanent full-time role is based in Rockingham and includes approximately 15 months of specialist overseas training at Pearl Harbour, Hawaii, followed by returning to Perth to contribute long-term to Australian Navy projects. You’ll work under an NV1 Defence Security Clearance requirement and support ongoing readiness through required assessments and medical/dental checks.
