Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the global implementation function and regional implementation teams, improving delivery quality and predictability.
  • •Build the Implementation Centre of Excellence: methodology, patterns, playbooks, templates, checklists, reusable configurations, and knowledge base.
  • •Uplift planning and operating rhythm for portfolio reviews, delivery forecasting, risk management, and executive escalation.
  • •Define technical and quality standards across platforms and regions while maintaining local execution speed.
  • •Stay close to active implementations, intervene directly when needed, and partner with Product and Engineering to remove recurring deployment constraints.

  • •Build and uplift a scalable implementation process, including scoping and implementation planning with clear commitments, dependencies, risks, and responsibilities.
  • •Create and run an Implementation Centre of Excellence with a charter, service catalogue, governance model, and interfaces across Commercial, Product, Engineering, and Customer teams.
  • •Develop enablement for regional teams, including training, shadowing, certification, coaching, and regional readiness gates.
  • •Automate repeatable implementation work by defining systems, standards, interfaces, and practical AI enablement across workflows.
