Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, mentor, and lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers across mechanical, electrical, system integration, and ambient/environmental testing.
  • •Drive operational excellence using continuous improvement and lead Kaizen events.
  • •Partner with Product Quality Engineering to support RCCA burndowns addressing EW production issues.
  • •Define cross-functional workflows to enable effective collaboration and smooth NPI transitions with Design Engineering.
  • •Own part of the manufacturing value chain, including process flows for assemblies and contributing to mechanical/electrical design for electromechanical hardware.

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Technical degree preferred in engineering, math, or a hard science.
  • •8+ years of experience in manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware.
