Key Responsibilities

  • •Own program financial performance for a portfolio of government contracts from award through execution and closeout.
  • •Lead EAC development and forecast governance, including variance/root-cause analysis and risk/opportunity tracking with mitigation actions.
  • •Partner with Program Management and Contracts on CLIN structure, funding, burn, billing/invoicing, contract modifications, and program financial reporting.
  • •Run monthly FP&A forecasting and produce production/unit-economics insights including margin, COGS, inventory, working capital impacts, and cost-reduction opportunities.
  • •Hire and develop talent by managing and mentoring analysts and building scalable finance processes, models, and tooling as program volume increases.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 129,000 - 171,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • •6-10+ years of progressive experience in DoD/government contract finance or program finance, including ownership of large/complex programs.
  • •Demonstrated ownership of EAC development and forecasting discipline, including proactive risk identification and corrective action follow-through.
  • •Working knowledge of government contracting fundamentals (e.g., FAR/DFARS) and strong partnership instincts with Contracts and Program Management.
  • •Experience supporting manufacturing/production finance (COGS, inventory, variances, unit economics) in a hardware or production environment.
