Job Summary

Lead pre- and post-contract commercial management for major capital projects, supporting strategic procurement and contracting across the full contract lifecycle. Develop procurement and contracting strategies, tender documentation, and evaluation criteria; support competitive tendering and supplier selection. Manage contract administration, variations, claims, compliance, and dispute resolution while monitoring supplier performance and commercial risk. Partner with project teams, supply chain partners, and stakeholders to optimize value, cost, and delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Support development and implementation of procurement and contracting strategies aligned to business objectives and project requirements.
•Manage end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management from sourcing and tendering through award, administration, change management, claims management, and close-out.
•Prepare contracting strategies, ITTs, tender documentation, award recommendations, and commercial evaluation criteria.
•Lead elements of competitive tender processes, evaluate supplier proposals, and maintain supplier relationships to monitor performance and drive accountability.
•Administer contract compliance across deliverables, variations, claims, and dispute resolution; provide commercial reporting, forecasting, and governance updates to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrable experience in procurement, commercial management, contract management, or supply chain roles, preferably in renewable energy, utilities, infrastructure, engineering, or construction.
•Knowledge of onshore and offshore renewable energy projects and contracting models across development, construction, operations, and maintenance.
•Experience managing contracts through the full lifecycle, including tendering, award, administration, change management, and claims management.
•Strong understanding of supplier sourcing, tender evaluations, procurement governance, and contract negotiation principles.
•Familiarity with standard forms of contract such as NEC, FIDIC, LOGIC, or equivalent; degree qualified in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
