Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily operational activities for fulfillment teams and ensure targets for safety, quality, pick accuracy, on-time delivery, and efficiency are met.
  • •Build a high-performing culture focused on customer centricity, safety, GMP, quality, and employee development and engagement.
  • •Develop, roll out, and manage standard operating procedures, visual tools, and checklists to drive a process-driven operation.
  • •Collaborate with Production peers to develop production plans that maximize product freshness, reliability, and DC targets.
  • •Execute the daily production plan with proper team, material, facility, and equipment setup, identify bottlenecks, and communicate clearly across teams and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain experience.
  • •4+ years of experience managing operational teams (20+ team members).
  • •Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field preferred.
  • •Strong understanding of OH&S and Food Safety requirements, and applying to warehouse and production environment.
  • •Lean Six Sigma certification is an asset
