Associate Director - Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Lead cost management services for a portfolio of large-scale data center construction projects across Northern Virginia. Serve as the primary client interface, leading internal teams to deliver cost control, quantity surveying, and change management across active programs. Drive commercial and cost status reporting, risk mitigation using KPIs, process/tool improvements, and audit support. Contribute to procurement and contracting approaches, proposals/RFPs, benchmarking, and business development while representing the firm at industry events.
