Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build test automation systems and frameworks using design patterns (mocks, simulators, stubs) and integrate with TCMS for a single source of truth.
  • •Partner with engineers and product managers across development to ensure testability and observability are built in from day one, including defining acceptance criteria.
  • •Use an AI-first approach to accelerate test development with AI coding assistants for data generation and predictive failure analysis.
  • •Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines and run load, performance, and API stress tests while using observability telemetry to isolate bottlenecks.
  • •Write production-grade test framework and application code, participate in code reviews, and champion a quality-first culture within the Agile team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 90,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • •3–5 years of experience as an SDET or QA Automation Engineer (or 3+ years in QA/testing).
  • •Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, TypeScript, C#, or C++.
  • •Experience building automated testing frameworks from the ground up.
  • •Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
