Counsel – Settlement Team

Lead and manage complex product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort settlements from negotiations through final claim resolution and program closure. Serve as primary legal and operations lead, develop settlement structures and eligibility criteria, and draft/review settlement documentation with plaintiffs’ counsel. Oversee settlement implementation, claims administration, workflow, and quality assurance, including managing teams of nurse paralegals and attorneys and performing claims data analysis and reporting/compliance governance.
