Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and evolve technical architecture strategy for AI initiatives, aligning with business and platform roadmaps.
  • •Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend differentiated opportunities for adoption.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions are designed, built, and deployed cohesively, resolving dependencies and conflicts.
  • •Establish architectural standards, patterns, and best practices; run architecture reviews and governance forums.
  • •Ship working AI solutions hands-on (agents, automations, integrations) and ensure scalability, reliability, cost-efficiency, security, and responsible AI compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •13+ years of experience in software/solution architecture with depth in AI/ML or agentic systems architecture.
  • •Architecting and delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions such as LLM-based systems, automation platforms, or Agentforce.
  • •Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, integration patterns, and platform scalability.
  • •Ability to operate as both a strategic thinker and hands-on technical orchestrator across multiple teams.
  • •Salesforce platform architecture experience is highly valued.
