Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with hiring managers and engineering teams to define early-career hiring needs and recruiting strategies across internship and entry-level roles.
  • •Own the end-to-end early-career recruiting lifecycle from university outreach and engagement through interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.
  • •Develop and manage relationships with universities, engineering programs, technical clubs, and student organizations.
  • •Plan and execute university recruiting events, club partnerships, career fairs, and information sessions.
  • •Build and continuously improve scalable recruiting processes, including candidate tracking, interview coordination, and communication.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, business operations, or sales (ideally in deep tech or hard tech) OR a Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years in recruiting, business operations, or sales.
  • •Demonstrated success sourcing and closing technical candidates in competitive markets.
  • •Strong understanding of engineering roles and organizational structures.
  • •Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.
