Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide on-site administrative and technical management for construction projects, directing activities within the assigned area to ensure design/specifications are met and projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • •Act as primary client contact for day-to-day jobsite activities or coordinate with client representatives, interfacing with field staff and the Project Manager to maintain alignment.
  • •Ensure safety, quality standards, and proper documentation, including daily reports, progress logs, delivery schedules and toolbox talks, in accordance with policies.
  • •Lead day-to-day on-site operations, manage subcontractors and third-party vendors, and update the master project schedule to ensure timely completion.
  • •Mentor and supervise Superintendents and field staff, and enforce company policies and procedures, while coordinating permitting with expeditors and AHJs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BS Engineering, Construction Management or related curriculum with 8 years of experience in commercial construction, or AS with 10 years, or HSD/GED with 12 years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency of education and experience.
