Key Responsibilities

•Provide on-site administrative and technical management for construction projects, directing activities within the assigned area to ensure design/specifications are met and projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
•Act as primary client contact for day-to-day jobsite activities or coordinate with client representatives, interfacing with field staff and the Project Manager to maintain alignment.
•Ensure safety, quality standards, and proper documentation, including daily reports, progress logs, delivery schedules and toolbox talks, in accordance with policies.
•Lead day-to-day on-site operations, manage subcontractors and third-party vendors, and update the master project schedule to ensure timely completion.
•Mentor and supervise Superintendents and field staff, and enforce company policies and procedures, while coordinating permitting with expeditors and AHJs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BS Engineering, Construction Management or related curriculum with 8 years of experience in commercial construction, or AS with 10 years, or HSD/GED with 12 years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency of education and experience.
