Key Responsibilities

  • •Help shape the strategy and execution of key Servicing Strategy initiatives to drive efficiencies across agent technology, supplier footprint, and process optimization.
  • •Use project management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., integrated project plan) to deliver high-quality work with testing and risk management.
  • •Produce clear status reports and executive summaries covering project health, milestones, and key decisions.
  • •Translate customer and operational data into stories that drive improvements in customer experience and streamline operations.
  • •Provide governance and relationship management with third-party suppliers, and support long-term workforce strategies to optimize global agent capacity distribution.
