Special Events Logistics Manager

Coordinate end-to-end execution of special events once booked, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to operations. Provide administrative support to the Special Events Sales team, manage event setup/breakdown and client communication, and handle key accounting tasks such as deposits, payments, and post-event paperwork. Maintain files and sales kits/collateral, support event marketing content, and assist with staffing, training, and recurring reporting.
