Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute, service, and detail assigned special events booked by the Special Events Department.
  • •Provide administrative support to the Special Events Sales team, including correspondence distribution and maintaining departmental files.
  • •Coordinate operational setup and break down for events, including equipment, rentals, and station setup; coordinate with Production on production needs.
  • •Serve as a liaison between client and LN team throughout the event, including site inspections and pre-shift communication.
