Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the definition and continuous improvement of the D Quality System in the Digital perimeter.
  • •Drive implementation of the D Quality System with PSLs to meet Digital objectives and reinforce quality mindset across lifecycle activities.
  • •Ensure compliance with EN9100 requirements and support preparation and follow-up of outcomes from internal and external PSL/Project audits.
  • •Support PSL teams in implementing Airbus-defined quality methods, processes, tools, and templates; partner with the Process Management Team on process deployment and improvements.
  • •Capture customer feedback, facilitate root cause analysis and action planning, and participate in metrics definition and analysis; collaborate with Agile Coaches on identified issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a relevant field, with 8–10 years of IT experience.
  • •Minimum 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with strong hands-on expertise.
  • •Experience managing diverse projects across product life cycles and working with global stakeholders while handling cultural challenges.
  • •Familiarity with state-of-the-art tools such as VersionOne, Rally, and Jira, plus the ability to define KPIs and analyze metrics.
  • •Quality Management System certification to EN9100, ISO9001, CMMI, or ASPICE, and knowledge of SAFe methodologies and Agile practices.
