Key Responsibilities

  • •Clean, stock, and maintain assigned facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and ceiling vent cleaning).
  • •Respond to service requests, prioritize work orders, and close out completed work orders with minimal callbacks.
  • •Communicate professionally with internal and external customers.
  • •Wear the company-provided uniform and maintain a professional appearance while on duty.
  • •Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and perform vehicle maintenance as required.
