Provide an industry-leading client service experience in person and by phone while building, expanding, and retaining new and existing client relationships. Conduct consultative conversations to identify client needs, recommend deposit, credit, convenience, and retirement products, and meet individual and branch sales targets. Handle teller transactions as needed, support team sales processes, advise on consumer lending and complete loan applications, and comply with internal controls and risk management policies.
