Key Responsibilities

  • •Actively contact customers and build strong customer relationships.
  • •Coordinate the rental and sales process from order through delivery, placement, installation, and invoicing.
  • •Serve as the connection between Account Manager, customer, and internal departments.
  • •Work with internal teams including sales, procurement, finance, planning, and operations.
  • •Coordinate external suppliers/subcontractors to organize timely services and deliveries with planning.

Key Requirements

  • •MBO/HBO working and thinking level.
  • •Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle stress.
  • •Customer-friendly and customer-oriented with commercial insight and cost awareness.
  • •Accurate, punctual, able to work independently and prioritize.
  • •Experience with MS Office; Oracle is a plus. Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
