Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and optimize photolithography processes to meet device requirements for advanced memory technologies.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate processes and ensure flawless technology transfer.
  • •Work with equipment vendors to improve tool performance, evaluate new equipment, and implement process improvements.
  • •Drive yield improvement and device performance optimization through failure analysis and advanced process techniques.
  • •Document project plans, status, and results with data analysis and interpretation; ensure safety compliance and training; identify potential IP opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field relevant to photolithography and process development.
  • •3+ years in semiconductor photolithography or related process engineering.
  • •Solid grasp of optics and immersion lithography principles, including polarized illumination and low k1 imaging.
  • •Experience with chemical processes and lithography materials for 365nm, 248nm, and 193nm wavelengths.
  • •Expertise in statistics and data analysis using DOE and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
