Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect, analyze, and interpret logistics and supply chain data for equipment receipt, inspection, inventory, and turn-in.
  • •Track KPIs (processing times, inventory accuracy, loss/damage rates, compliance metrics) and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • •Validate property records and ensure compliance with Army regulations and contract standards, including DA Form 1348-1A and DD Form 200 documentation.
  • •Analyze transportation data to support equipment movement planning, convoy schedules, and cargo documentation, ensuring compliance with Defense Transportation Regulation and Army policies.
  • •Support audits, inspections, and ISO 9001:2015 performance monitoring, working with QA/Quality Control Specialists on nonconformances and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or Army property accountability operations.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent military logistics experience accepted).
  • •Experience with U.S. Army contractor or military supply/turn-in site preferred.
  • •Knowledge of Army supply and property accountability regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1) and logistics systems (GCSS-Army, LMP, DPAS, TC-AIMS).
  • •Must have a Real ID, valid Texas driver’s license with vehicle insurance, be able to obtain/maintain a Common Access Card (CAC), and obtain Tier1/NACI (Public trust) background eligibility.
