Key Responsibilities

  • •Receives, counts, verifies, labels, and stores parts; uncrates and disassembles PHEs as needed.
  • •Cleans units (pressure wash), paints if specified, and rebuilds equipment to new standard.
  • •Performs inspection reporting and dye penetration inspection under black light; conducts rinsing after dye inspection.
  • •Installs new gaskets per specification (glue, snap, or clip), including curing steps for glued gaskets.
  • •Maintains work area cleanliness using 5S standards and supports shipping/receiving and customer equipment handling; participates in daily ALPS meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •High School diploma or equivalent.
  • •Experience in a manual shop environment (preferred).
  • •Experience operating fork lift trucks, hand pallet jacks, and overhead cranes (preferred).
  • •Ability to use measuring devices such as tape measure and depth micrometer.
  • •Good hand-eye coordination and a flexible team-player mindset.
