HVAC Controls / BAS Estimator

Create detailed cost estimates and proposals for HVAC controls projects, including scope development, system sketches, exceptions/exclusions, and vendor/sub-contractor quotes. Conduct equipment take-off and pricing to ensure accuracy of quantities, configurations, and electrical options. Partner with Account Managers on bids and pre-bid meetings, identify cost-saving opportunities and risks, and support cost variation control through pre-bid validation and post-project review.
