•Maintain deep understanding of algorithms and software interfaces for battle management, threat prediction, tracking, and classification to support integration with the larger C2 system.
•Ensure comprehensive documentation and continuously improve project management processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholder communications, manage risks, allocate resources, and collaborate cross-functionally to support program priorities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 144,000 - 191,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
•Extensive project management experience, preferably delivering software for advanced algorithms.
•Demonstrable understanding of optimization, applied probability, and AI/ML technology.
•Excellent leadership, team management, interpersonal, and analytical problem-solving/decision-making skills.
•Experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub, and an active U.S. TS clearance (ability to maintain clearance).
