Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide overall management and administration of pre-design, design, construction, commissioning, and close-out services.
  • •Ensure project authorization and funding are in place; prepare cash flow projections and monitor financial performance.
  • •Administer selection of design professionals, consultants, and contractors, including scopes of work, credential evaluation, interviewing, reference checks, and fee/service negotiations.
  • •Provide leadership across project teams, including technical discipline team members, specialty consultants, construction inspectors, and project support staff.
  • •Manage cost control, schedule management, quality assurance, safe working practices, project records, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of related experience managing large new and renovation projects (over $20M) across all project phases, including A/E consultant services and construction administration.
  • •Experience managing multiple projects (up to 10) in a similar senior project management role.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management (or related field); Master’s degree preferred.
  • •Knowledge of sound design and construction management practices (planning, estimating, scheduling, inspection, and financial closeout).
  • •Professional registration; preference for LEED accreditation/LEED project experience and BIM project experience.
