Fraud Investigator (12-month FTC)

Investigate fraud alerts and monitor risk activity for GoCardless’s business portfolio. You’ll conduct fraud investigations within agreed service levels, identify high-risk behavior, and build a deep understanding of GoCardless product, policies, and processes. Working in a small fraud risk management team, you’ll help protect the business from fraud, financial, and reputational risk while supporting informed decisions using logic and reasoning.
