Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor the risk alert queue and identify high-risk behavior within the business portfolio
  • •Conduct fraud investigations within service level agreements to reduce potential revenue losses

  • •Make important daily decisions that impact GoCardless’s future success
  • •Apply data-informed thinking to support investigations and decision-making
