  • •Assemble and stack/band Cable Tray ladders using bolts, screws, hand tools, clips, and fastening devices.
  • •Handle materials and parts up to 50 pounds frequently throughout the shift.
  • •Maintain 5-S (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain) throughout shop floor and office areas.
  • •Support facility LEAN initiatives by tracking visual management tools (e.g., layered audits, OEE boards) and participating in Kaizen events.

Key Requirements
