Provide expert-level production and demo trading environment support for Nadex, ensuring availability, stability, and performance. Manage daily operations, incident response, and release validation while collaborating with Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams in a fast-paced, regulated fintech trading setting.

Key Responsibilities

•Production Support & Monitoring for mission-critical trading environments and ensuring system availability.
•Daily Operations including contract scheduling, settlement of expired contracts, and end-of-day/start-of-day procedures.
•Incident & Problem Management: triage, troubleshoot, and drive resolution of production incidents with escalation and post-incident reviews.
•Performance Tuning: monitor and optimize application and system performance to maintain optimal exchange operations.
•Change & Release Support: assist with upgrades, deployments, and release validation in coordination with Development and QA teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 110,000 annually
