Job Summary

Partner with the Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations and deliver the best customer experience. Help develop and motivate team members, support training and brand/product knowledge, and assist with achieving budgeted revenue goals. Take responsibility for opening/closing, security, labor scheduling, inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service, while acting as the Store Manager in their absence.

•Partner closely with the Store Manager to develop and engage team members and support budgeted revenue goals.
•Aid in day-to-day store operations, including training, sales, visual merchandising, inventory management, store administration, and customer service.
•Help select team members who align with UGG brand and product passions and maintain training standards.
•Open and close the store, secure assets, maintain the store security system, and act as Store Manager in their absence.
•Support execution of store strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, expand traffic, optimize profitability, and cultivate awareness of industry trends.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 27.5

Key Requirements

•2 to 4 years minimum retail store management experience (preferred).
•Associate’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience required.
•Excellent communication skills to convey the UGG and Deckers Brands vision and mission.
•Excellent project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
•Problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task, and flexibility of schedule and hours to meet business needs.
