Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner closely with the Store Manager to develop and engage team members and support budgeted revenue goals.
  • •Aid in day-to-day store operations, including training, sales, visual merchandising, inventory management, store administration, and customer service.
  • •Help select team members who align with UGG brand and product passions and maintain training standards.
  • •Open and close the store, secure assets, maintain the store security system, and act as Store Manager in their absence.
