Section Lead – Semiconductor Process Integration and Yield

Lead a team of process integration and yield engineers to fabricate advanced III–V microelectronic devices in a semiconductor foundry environment. Review and champion process changes and product improvement opportunities, drive yield investigations and corrective action plans, and oversee project schedules and costs. Partner with operations and department leadership on manpower, resource planning, and proposals, while maintaining essential presence on the foundry floor to address technical and logistical issues.
