Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the design and deployment of Service Provider solutions that drive key business outcomes.
  • •Assist in end-to-end delivery of technical projects, translating customer requirements into scalable architectures.
  • •Partner with Senior Engineers to align solution designs with customer goals throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BE/BTech (or equivalent) with 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • •Service Provider-related certification (CCNA/CCNP - DevOps) and drive for continuous learning.
  • •Experience handling Network Management (NMS) tools/applications.
  • •Good understanding/experience with SQL databases and Postgres SQL.
  • •Knowledge of programmability/automation and troubleshooting skills (Python, YAML, JSON, GitHub, Ansible, Terraform) plus orchestration/virtualization; advanced Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting.
