  • •Articulate and evangelize a bold technical vision for Customer Management platforms and foundational engineering threads.
  • •Decompose complex problems and deliver practical technical and operational solutions across performance, scalability, and operability.
  • •Modernize monolithic systems into microservices and event-driven architectures; define platform strategy and API standards with architecture leaders.
  • •Lead and mentor 100+ engineers, driving modernization, professional development, and hands-on high-leverage delivery.
  • •Build and scale a hybrid SRE + engineering productivity function and partner with product to expand roadmaps for credit offers and in-market experimentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 314,800 - 359,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
  • •At least 9 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture.
  • •Enterprise architecture and design patterns.
  • •Cloud computing experience (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) and data architecture.
  • •Strong full lifecycle software development experience, including architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
