Technician- Coater I (Crew C)

Operate and maintain coating-related manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality photovoltaic solar modules at required throughput. Monitor process parameters and alarms via machine control panels, use statistical process control (SPC) concepts, and perform intermediate preventative maintenance. Complete required training and provide on-the-job training to certified tasks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on approved tests, recognize when issues need escalation, and ensure inventory and waste are handled properly during shift operations.
