Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and train supervisors across production paperwork, yields, time and attendance, discipline, motivation, turnover, absenteeism, and safety.
  • •Ensure compliance with FDA and OSHA requirements; inspect and maintain safety, housekeeping, sanitation, security, and food safety standards.
  • •Lead cross-functional work to meet production, food safety, and yields/metric goals while maintaining labor standards and quality.
  • •Monitor plant metrics, identify root causes for underperformance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Execute projects, assist supervisors with production and employee concerns, and coach front-line supervisors to manage time, activity, and behavior.
