Key Responsibilities

•Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition to execution across product, engineering, finance, legal, compliance, operations, and country teams.
•Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners, and deadlines across teams to keep progress moving.
•Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships, and strategic projects.
•Prepare clear briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups, and action trackers to make decisions easier.
•Identify execution gaps, push teams to close them, and own urgent business problems that don’t fit neatly into one department.

Key Requirements

•High-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline and ability to turn unclear priorities into clear actions.
•Clear writer and structured thinker with strong follow-through; able to prepare briefs, updates, research notes, and action trackers.
•Ability to work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams while handling ambiguity and shifting priorities.
•Strong judgment on what matters, what is blocked, and when escalation is needed; comfortable pushing teams to close execution gaps.
•Experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech, or founder-led environments is a strong advantage.
