Key Responsibilities

  • •Process teller counter service transactions including cash deposits/withdrawals, drafts, telegraphic transfers, payment orders, standing orders, foreign currency purchase & sales, and cheque deposits.
  • •Liaise with the Treasury department to obtain best rates for VIP and/or high net worth customers in coordination with the HOPs.
  • •Perform reconciliation and control activities, including dual custodian responsibilities for branch vault cash and security stationery, cash reconciliation/balancing, and end-of-day balancing.
  • •Support HOP as second custodian for dual control and assist with general filing.
  • •Ensure proper understanding and processing for centralized activities as part of Branch Operations Centralization Projects, and serve Private Banking customers at separate counters when required.
