  • •Manage and direct complex mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion.
  • •Perform management and people accountability responsibilities for a technical group or department, coordinating engineers/technicians.
  • •Interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate technical assignments with minimal supervision.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (architects, contractors, clients) and maintain liaison internally and externally.

Key Requirements

  • •Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 10 years of healthcare sector experience (hospital/medical care facilities and related buildings) with a proven record in project management.
  • •Hands-on experience in Hospital or Medical Centre projects covering ACMV, Fire Protection and Detection, Medical Gas system, Cold and Hot water system, and Sanitary Plumbing and Drainage.
  • •Registered with Board of Engineer (BEM) and preferably Professional Engineer with Practice Certification status.
  • •Proficiency with BIM (3D-6D and LODs 200-400) and familiarity with relevant building codes and healthcare-specific codes (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA).
