Execute regular and irregular maintenance for ASML systems at customer sites, handling defined and recurring machine problems with considerable independence and limited supervision. Perform problem analysis, manage handovers to second-line support with thorough documentation, and carry out repairs by using tools, replacing parts, and adjusting settings. Schedule procedures around customer machine windows, train users on correct actions and routine maintenance, and report process improvement opportunities while transferring knowledge to the team.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze problems by gathering relevant information, using available means, collecting additional diagnostic info when needed, and executing an initial approach (consulting others as needed).
•Handover problems/aspects to 2nd line support and document/package all data for resolution (e.g., work orders, field service reports, technical reports).
•Perform repairs independently using tools, replace parts, and improve settings; execute standard service actions.
•Coordinate procedures based on the arranged customer machine time window, ensuring parts, tools, equipment, and knowledge are available at the start.
•Train users on correct actions, routine maintenance, and recommended procedure changes; identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and transfer knowledge within the work group.

Key Requirements

•BSc degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent experience.
•Experience in a technical industry is required; semiconductor industry experience is preferred.
•Experience using computer applications, including data analysis tools, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
•Complete knowledge of product functionality of the main modules/sub-modules.
•Experience as a Field Service Engineer (Field Service Engineering experience).
