Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop near-term maintenance schedules focused on activity preparedness, ensuring materials, specialty tooling, and job packs are prepared in adequate timeframes.
  • •Source and coordinate maintenance resource requirements for both scheduled and emergent work.
  • •Coordinate and maintain maintenance dashboards, reports, mailboxes, and databases, and maintain role responsibilities across program and customer systems.
  • •Coordinate emergent ad hoc tasking, including minor quotes and customer engagement.
  • •Provide warehouse support for stock movements, stocktaking, and related taskings, and act as site Deputy Security Officer for sensitive freight handling and access requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintenance planning and scheduling within industrial, defence, manufacturing, or similar asset-intensive environments.
  • •Demonstrated experience in warehousing operations.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Project, with ability to analyse and manage maintenance data.
  • •Cert IV in a technical field or comparable demonstrated experience.
  • •NV1 Security Clearance (preferred) or ability to obtain.
