Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and maintain master scheduling/slotting reports and measurements, run metrics, and drive alignment in process control across business segments.
  • •Publish production reporting (System Production Report & Change Summary), manage order pull/push-outs with capacity constraint analysis, and perform scenario planning using Rapid Response.
  • •Create and manage milestone routings for products and test strategies globally, including unique NPI routings; chair quarterly routing alignment meetings.
  • •Initiate demand in MRP, monitor and validate MRP accuracy, research engineering change orders, adjust planning bills, and resolve data integrity issues.
  • •Run supply review safety stock models, present safety stock/overplan strategies, and coordinate cross-functionally (including marketing and demand management) to optimize build plans and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience analyzing and maintaining master scheduling and/or slotting reports and measurements using metrics.
  • •Knowledge of business process documentation, process control alignment, and developing/maintaining business processes.
  • •Ability to manage demand and planning, including MRP initiation, monitoring, and validation, and resolving data integrity issues.
  • •Experience coordinating production/routing activities, milestone routings, and schedule transitions across plants or business groups.
  • •Comfort using planning/enterprise tools such as SAP and Rapid Response, and presenting process changes to executive management.
