Key Responsibilities

  • •Champion presales opportunities in the Military and Defense sector for key Motorola solutions including Barrett, counter UAS, mesh networks, and radio communications.
  • •Own the technical solution management across the full project lifecycle, from scope definition through final close of the network integration process.
  • •Define technical directions and requirements to ensure timely implementation and quality of solutions.
  • •Provide engineering services for customers, including commissioning and testing Motorola equipment, and system presentations to internal/external stakeholders.
  • •Prepare system bids aligned to customer needs, available equipment, and required modifications; coordinate with operations and internal/external developers to meet delivery requirements and deadlines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or related experience in engineering, data science, wireless networks, or project management; Master's is a plus.
  • •Comfort leading technical discussions and developing technical designs for sustainable, commercially viable Military & Defense solutions.
  • •Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve agreed outcomes.
  • •Strong written and oral communication skills with good ICT skills.
  • •Solid understanding of Military and Defense, wireless networks, field implementation, integrated solutions, and delivery; bid management is preferred.
