Key Responsibilities

•Champion presales opportunities in the Military and Defense sector for key Motorola solutions including Barrett, counter UAS, mesh networks, and radio communications.
•Own the technical solution management across the full project lifecycle, from scope definition through final close of the network integration process.
•Define technical directions and requirements to ensure timely implementation and quality of solutions.
•Provide engineering services for customers, including commissioning and testing Motorola equipment, and system presentations to internal/external stakeholders.
•Prepare system bids aligned to customer needs, available equipment, and required modifications; coordinate with operations and internal/external developers to meet delivery requirements and deadlines.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or related experience in engineering, data science, wireless networks, or project management; Master's is a plus.
•Comfort leading technical discussions and developing technical designs for sustainable, commercially viable Military & Defense solutions.
•Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve agreed outcomes.
•Strong written and oral communication skills with good ICT skills.
•Solid understanding of Military and Defense, wireless networks, field implementation, integrated solutions, and delivery; bid management is preferred.
